Happy New Year!

One last lovely no-alarm lie-in this morning, followed by a slow get-up :)  Had a quick chat with my Mum this morning (she phoned me by mistake when checking her phone's call log) - she's still feeling a bit buggy; hope she's on the mend soon.

Tim and I got out for a walk after lunch, over to Greenwich Park.  Looked like the rest of South London had had the same idea :)  Lovely burst of sunshine while we were there - made for an unexpectedly cheery photo for the first day of the year, especially with these flowers someone had left on a table in the park.

Pretty chilled afternoon.  Cooked a big stewy soup for dinner and had an easy evening, too.  Trying not to think about going back to work tomorrow!
