Christmas lingers on.

I celebrated some of the Cheese with a bacon & cheese omelet. The only reason it was devoid of fungi is I have some Porcini which Alice bought and I forgot to soak. The Habaneros showed through nicely without savaging the tonsils.

World chocolate? 1st lot was, to quote either Flanders, or Swann,
(I think?) "Scandiwegian" - this lot was unquestionably Scottish:-
"Stargazer chocolate. Made by Artisan chocolatiers him & him in Edinburgh".
