On the eleventh day of Christmas...

My true love gave to me,
Eleven tiny pigs a-suckling,
Ten lights a-glowing,
Nine Hellebores blooming,
Eight sparklers a-sparkling,
Seven glasses a-chinking,
Six presents for opening,
Five gol-den rings,
Four carousel gallopers,
Three festive revellers,
Two Mummers Players ( x 1000 = 2000 Mummers Players!)
And a fluffy cat sitting by a Christmas tree!

Ok, you can only see eight little piggies here, the other three were hiding in their shelter, trust me!

A frosty morning and a very cold day, only reaching 3°C, in spite of the bright sunshine that appeared by lunchtime. By mid morning it was still only -1.5°C when a friend and I visited our favourite farm shop cafe in the hills above Bath, for a cuppa and a catch-up. And it was at the farm shop that we came across these tiny little piglets having a late breakfast.

I couldn’t decide whether to show you heads or tails, so have added an extra so you can choose your own favourite, along with a photo that shows the cosy home where those errant three piglets were hiding! ;)
