So good to see the sun this morning!

People were smiling and stopping to chat .... what a difference :-))

L took back the keys of her car today and once again felt the thrill of being behind the wheel while she took me to collect a courtesy car to use while mine is being repaired. A rather large Vauxhall Mokka is now sitting at my gate ..... I'm a bit wary of turning such a large car into my rather narrow driveway.

I paid an early morning visit to my water fowl friends up in the Heritage Park .... the ducks and gulls approach eagerly as they look for crumbs, the pair of mute swans arrive in full sail but when they realise that there are no goodies they quickly turn their attention to the state of their feathers.
