Indian elephant

Jack always checks the weather forecast and he was convinced that today the weather would be poor, but apart from a few clouds this morning it's been clear and bright.  Today has been largely spent reading with a short trip out in the afternoon and then we were back to more relaxation.

This is one of  a couple of elephants  we see when we go out - I like these intelligent animals and I hope they have a good life.  They are very popular, both with tourists and locals alike and thankfully they seem to be well treated.
