Can't believe another food blip

But it was an exceptionally fine bacon roll, though I says it meself...

Make pastry with 4 oz flour, 2 oz suet, baking powder, salt and water
Roll out an oblong and lay on smoked bacon, chopped onions and sage.
Roll it up into a parcel.
Bake for 1/2 an hour, 200C for the first 10 minutes, then 180C
Serve with baked beans and cabbage or broccoli.



Simply didn't stick my head out of the door today,and it was totally dull and grey... no light at all, so this is my only possible blip!
