Well deserved

A well deserved treat after a busy day

This is my attempt at Catalan ‘apros’

I’ve managed to source some Vermut in a local supermarket (made in Spain not Italian Vermouth) - you drink it neat or with ice rather than use a mixer. Eat with very lightly salted crisps and anchovies (mine are Adriatic tiddlers rather than the big ones I had in Barcelona). Delicious and decedent in my opinion.

Watching the news with great interest tonight. . . Very interesting times.
