Quiche

Swiss chard, garlic, mushrooms and chorizo, the filling for tonight's quiche... looked lovely, smelled lovely but actually didn't turn out as I imagined it in my mind's eye, although it was still edible and yes, even tasty! But it's back to the drawing board for quiche fillings.
