The Little Rental House

It's getting there. We about have it ready for a new tenant. But something strange happens when it is empty: Eric spends a lot of time over there fixing things; he really likes being there. I like to run over (it's right next door) to see him. I open the door and call in, "Are you home?" But we need to get it rented . . . that's all there is to report.
