Analogue Answers to a Digital Down
I didn't sleep at all well last night. Very vivid and oddly disturbing dreams. I had a dream where I was having a conversation but the person I was speaking to changed on every other word. I was being very serious about trying to communicate some idea that was REALLY important at the time. But because my interlocutors kept changing, I was growing more and more frustrated at not being able to get my idea across.
It was such an intense feeling, it woke me up.
The dream didn't disappear as usual. I could remember what I was trying to say. And so I wrote it down.
Not on a pad and paper. I don't do that sleeping with a notebook next to the bed thing. I wrote myself an E-Mail. How very... something. Impressive because I did have an E-Mail from me sent at 5:34 this morning.
The title of today's Blip is the title of the E-Mail I sent myself. Very 6th Form Tormented Poetry Genius. And the text? How about "Take an analogue b+w picture of your darkest fear, the negative of it has to show the positive."
No, I have no idea what I was trying to say. But at least this time You're not changing into someone different every other word.
I did however buy a battery & film for an analogue camera today.
