Eat your greens (MM261)

As part of our 'eat a little less, run about a bit more' diet we have been cutting down on the carbohydrate and meat content of our meals and increasing the vegetable content. We're both hoping this will have the desired effect on our weight and have some longer term benefits too.

I'm not a great fan of green vegetables, but there are a few I will eat provided they have been briefly steamed rather than boiled to death.

So far - it appears to be working :-)
