Still Life Subjects

A quick test shot of some physalis pods I used at Camera Club for still life subjects.  We had four new members arrive last night so I did no photography myself!  This was one of my try-outs - earlier in the day.

They were a hit at the camera club - some much better images than mine with just one against a black foam-core background lit with a studio strobe on modelling light.

The pods have changed a lot since we first collected them - previous blip here.

Best get on and sort out something for Wide Wednesday as I am hosting this week!
