When Is A Photo Not A Photo?

I said in my recent Blip that at the Robots exhibition I had asked whether photographs were permitted and was told emphatically, "no".

Imagine my surprise, on seeing in today's 'I' newspaper feature 'If you only see one thing today', that the accompanying photo shows two people taking photos of one of the robots on their phones.

So, why is a photograph on a phone permissible, when the same photograph on a camera is not. Perhaps this is why no-one was challenged.

Confusion and resentment aside, we had a good day, the Flumlet managed to line up 132 animals, see extra, (taken before we discovered the last two).
