Nostalgia

Apart from taking Mrs MD down into HB - and bringing her back home - I didn't go anywhere.  Jobs to do - many of which were long overdue.  Whilst in my filing cabinet I came across this menu for the Berni Inns. (Hands up all you Blippers who remember Berni Inns)  
They were very good and very economical.  Just look at these prices:  Prawn Cocktail £1.15.  T-Bone Steak £6.10 - including chips or jacket potato, peas or beans. Ice Cream 50p and Coffee for 34p  -  a cracking meal for well under a tenner......Oh Boy, they were the days.  Not sure when this menu dates back to, but I would think late 70s.
