“The doodle on Ducie Street”

I had a meeting at an address on Ducie Street (very close to Manchester Piccadilly Station) this morning, and came across a very striking, and very long, mural. This is just the beginning. See extra for some more, but it’s impossible to capture it all.

Research (also called googling) tells me it has been here since November, it was unveiled as part of an Arts and Homelessness Festival. Through an organisation called With One Voice it brought together homeless and formerly homeless (and now activist) people to create it, I think it is striking. Of course, bees feature on part of it. 2018 was a bee obsessed year in Manchester.
