Oriental Magpie-Robin

I spotted this little bird in the undergrowth today and again thanks to Google I was able to identify it quickly.  I'm always surprised that I don't see more exotic looking birds here but there was something about this one that I liked despite him not having fancy feathers.

It's been hotter today so after a couple of hours I had to leave Jack to it and retreat inside to have a foot massage and cool off at the same time.  Afterwards, I felt renewed  enough to go out and face the sun again. :-))
