Canal

Photo taken from Bridge 166 on the Grand Union Canal looking South towards London. the bridge itself is a rough wooden construction for pedestrians only as the tow path changes sides.
Beautiful but cold day walking along the canal, I will be back there tomorrow to continue the walk.
Had a really good session at the gym today and that re-energized me.

Dryathlon Day 28 plus Diet is still going ok. Tomorrow is the day I weigh myself and I will then decide if I am going to continue all this.
