Spud U Like

I remember there were baked potato restaurants called that. This little bar half way down a mountainside on Canaria does lunches with delicious Canaries spuds. He took a big pan from the oven, covered them with salt and then tossed them with great skill. Only a few of them rolled around on the floor.

This was a stop on my brilliant ride today. I did a 900 metre climb up a zig zag road to a pass and down the other side. See extra. Blimey it was hard. About 45 miles. But all worth it with spectacular views and when I got back aIcould have a relax on the sun bed.
