Waiting by the Hot Tub

Dear Diary,

A good 7-8 inches of snow fell during the night but I am happy to report Rudy's hot tub is working just fine!  He is patiently waiting for me to dig things out and fill the feeder and seed bowls.  While he waited he did a bit of digging himself and found a few stray seeds near the bowl to tide him over.

So far, all systems are functioning so I go the "gentle" storm I wished for.  Isn't life grand!
