Freezing Flower Friday

Like many others, I woke up to snow this morning :)) Simply lovely, if you haven't got to be anywhere!

I managed to get a few shots before going to lead a small introduction to photography workshop at church. There's one of them over in my b&w journal.

After giving a few guidelines for composition, I gave each person a tulip to photograph in as many different and creative ways as possible. We had great fun placing them in the snow, against semi-derelict doors, threaded through fences, etc. Some lovely photos were taken - I was really pleased with the creative ideas people came up with!
