Weekend Footy!

Got to take D and the kids to see S and P play football in Solihull this afternoon. After fighting through undergrowth and muddy paths to get to the pitch we were able to enjoy a rather cold but dry match. It was the boys’ team’s first outing on a proper pitch playing 11 a side and they acquitted themselves very well - the score was 3 - 3 as we left in the second half - the kids were getting cold - we’ll we were all feeling the cold to be honest! Trip into Solihull to one of the (Quinto) Lounges - for warmth and a drink then finally an evening in with Fish and Chips!
