At the Easel....

wild winds and snow outside today, -13C but with the wind it must be about -20!!!!    not very enticing that's for sure!

Noodling away, listening to some music.....not a bad way to spend a few hours.

Today is a feasting day.....almost down 4 lbs over the past week....not too bad.   Fasting days aren't that challenging, until around 8-9 pm....when i usually grab something salty to snack on, and a glass of wine while i watch a bit of Netflix.....so instead i had a half glass of wine, and went to bed earlier than usual.....that way i remove myself from the temptation.....

off to Sydney this afternoon....shopping and dinner out at our favorite Chinese place!!!
