Polar Morning

The route to work take me along a tree lined road, and at this time of year, on a clear day, the morning sun through the trees is a glorious sight. I finally took the time to stop and try to get a picture, but the results were less then satisfactory (too late for the best light and probably need filters of some sort). So instead I played about with one of my iPad apps, PhotoForge2, which includes a 'small world' aka polar coordinates filter which has turned a rather indifferent shot into a more interesting abstract.
