New cat on the block

We had a new visitor today. It's the first tine I have seen this black cat in our garden. I have, however, seen him in next door's garden while the property has been unoccupied. We now have new neighbours who moved in at the weekend. As they have two dogs it is likely the cat has moved on - to us.

He/she looks very well fed and is obviously not a stray. There has not been a missing cat matching his/her description listed on the local chat forum.
I wonder where she comes from.
