No Moonraking this year

A busy day in the office but escaped to the park at lunchtime.

It's been a while since I blipped the moon and this weekend should have been the Slaithwaite Moonraking Festival where the locals try to fish out the reflection of the moon from the Huddersfield Narrow Canal. Sadly, it's it's been cancelled due to funding problems.

What a fabulous sunny spring-like day. One of the neighbours has been busy mowing his lawn. It's  mid-February for goodness sake!
