But, then again . . . . .

Catkins.

Mrs TD wanted a walk today, so we wandered down to the Chapel for her to tell them that she wouldn’t be in today. Then we continued to the old chestnut trees where we might find something interesting hung from a twig. We did find a hair band festooned there, but it will probably still be there long after this catkin has shuffled off. I did feel a little naked Blipping such subjects without a tripod so, perhaps I should take the monopod with me when escorting herself. It does far take less time to set up, being rather deficient in the leg department, but it is still remarkably effective and it is a bit anti-social spending to long on a Blip while in company.

While we were there, there was a family carrying out some nefarious activity; we weren’t quite sure what it was but thought that it may be mildly antisocial. I will return to Blip the hair band and check up in the next few days. All of which reminds me, I still have some white wine bottles to collect from Killburn which I gathered into a neat little pile while covering for our local dog-walking paragon. We hadn’t seen her for a while and one of her dog pooh receptacles needed emptying and replacing; Mrs TD saw her today, and it turns out that she had broken her femur while on some charitable task, and has spent six weeks in hospital. She knows that we would happily look after her extremely well behaved dog, but then, so would many other neighbours.
