Green Village

Our village is bedecked in green hearts this month!  The local WI is highlighting the work of the Climate Coalition to 'Show the Love' for the places, people and life we want to protect from climate change.'

We were up early and to the Doc's for 7.45 this morning.  Thank goodness I had an appointment (made two weeks ago) because there was already a queue of folk waiting on the off chance of seeing a doctor and apparently twelve more waiting in the phone queue.  Our NHS is to be proud of but I do wonder how long it can sustain with all its problems and a government that seem determined to sell it off bit by bit.  Political rant over!  I'm off to knit some green hearts!
