Historic? And what were you doing at this time stopping moment - me, i was about to rant at RBS again. This is no longer funny. However, i came up with the solution and the nice young man at North Bridge helped. I hope this is it now.

That took almost a couple of hours of my life. The rest of the day I caught up with things and cleared the 'in tray' (windowsill).
