Just Visiting

 A friend phoned yesterday asking for some gardening advice .... an opportunity to visit a nice garden out in the country.  Assorted family related issues delayed my arrival there but these reticulata iris were beautifully caught in the last of the sunlight.  An hour and a half of gentle company, an antidote to the rest of life.
