Insomnia is not something I ever thought would affect me but over the last year I've had several bouts where I'm either still wide awake at 3am or wake up at 2.30am and that's me awake for three hours.
This past week has seen me experience a mixture not being able to get to sleep or getting to sleep then waking again for a few hours. This has resulted in me feeling rather droopy today, even after a nana nap late afternoon (which probably won't help me get to sleep tonight.)
On the plus side, I've discovered I know at least 50 songs that start with the letter R.
Will move on to the letter S tonight if need be. Watch this space :-))
