The opening lines of Newport born WH Davies’ most well known poem seem appropriate for St David’s Day. Especially as I found myself staring at this.

Is it an electrical box ? Is it an artwork ? A bit of googling establishes that it is both. Sine Missione (the “scouse banksy”) is an electrician from Anfield, whose mission has been painting electrical boxes across Merseyside. Looks as if he is starting up in Manchester.
