High and ....not so dry

Have come down to Deal for the weekend. Popped into the excellent "Oxtailtail" butchers in next door Kingsdown to pick a few meaty supplies and arrived just before 4pm. Cranked the heating up and went for a walk, hoping to miss the rain. No such luck and this and the extra were taken in a hurry through that misty rain that leaves you totally soaked.
The extra interested me as l didn't think that boats were wrapped up for winter - especially fishing ones!
