Moss gametophytes

We are a bit stuffed on Home International rugby days by the volume of people before and especially after the game. We were night orienteering at the Carmichael Estate, and had to leave before 15:30 as that is when the roads are shut all around Haymarket and Murrayfield. In the morning I went along the Water of Leith to get a blip of the moss gametophytes (to give them their proper name); luckily the sun was catching some of them against the dark background of the river.
