Running

The ferry was 1 hour delayed, when it arrived to Hock van Holland, so it had been a long night in the car for the boys and they were thrilled to be let off leads on the beach for a good run. 

Then 3 hours driving through Holland and Germany before we had a lunch break and then another 3 hours to the next ferry - the one between Germany and Denmark. 

An hour on the ferry and then 1½ hours drive home. 

It was dark, when I took the boys for their evening walk. 

I have now emptied the car and the boys have had their dinners. 

I am looking forward to an early night.
