Blue Bunny

Went to get some physio this morning.
Was a bit early so stayed out of the rain and went in Simply Foods , saw the blue bunnies.
Was told told my back is no worse than usual and to keep on doing my usual stretches for it.
After a strenuous examination where l could touch my toes five times in a row, balance on my bad leg and do a plié down to the floor it looks like it’s the cartilage in my knee that’s giving me all this trouble.
Good news is l can now do some daily lunges.
But best of all l can do some upper body strengthening at the gym.
I can cycle and use the stepper for five minutes each time , every other day.
Yay, came home, had some soup, then guess where l’ve been!
