St Margaret’s of Antioch

As Susan was at the dentist I went along and waited in the car while she had the works on her teeth.

From there we went for a walk on the west side of Maidstone around East Farleigh and Barming calling in at the Blackthorn Trust for a late morning coffee.

Today’s blip is of St Margaret’s of Antioch at Barming. An interesting church which is not in the village of Barming but surrounded by fields in the countryside. Thanks to BobsBlips for hosting this week’s Wide Wednesday: something in your locality.

Susan’s plans for the afternoon were scuppered when she called her mum who said that the left side of face and her hand were numb. After consulting the doctor she was taken to hospital by ambulance where she’s being kept in overnight. It was around 10.00pm when I collected Susan from the hospital some 7 hours later and rather hungry.

All that conspired to me missing calling Miya on her birthday. By the time I rang, she was asleep!
