House party

Great fun at Rachael and Kevin’s with daughters Lauryn and Kaitlyn and son Trent and his girlfriend, my sister Alexandra came to stay and cooked an amazing dinner for us all, Zebedee came after work and Gulliver, Erin and Max, lovely Barbara was also there. Laughter, fun, dancing, drinking, friends and family, nothing better.

In the morning I went to WW with Barbara and Rachael, R was happy with a half pound on after a week in Vegas, I gained a half and need to try harder next week, I have lost 21lbs though! Barbara has now lost 16lbs! Amazing!
