Absolutely Fabulous

My very, very best friend Rose has her 79th Birthday tomorrow.  We worked together at the ‘coal face’ for over 40 years and 25 years or more ago she and I appeared at an office summer party as ‘Patsy & Eddie’. In the little photo I’ve attached to the little pressie I’m giving her tomorrow evening is a reminder:   Rose snorting the coke (flour) and me enjoying copious amounts of bollie and  smoking 3 or more fags at a time!!  Apparently, it was one of the best office parties ever!!!

Friends are the sunshine of life and in the day tomorrow we’re going to see more friends:  ‘Fisherman’s Friends’, the film.
