Hidden Falls

I told my hubby the walk to Hidden Falls would be about 4 miles round trip so we set out to do the hike. At the point where we came upon the fork to the falls we had already walk over 2 miles and the little sign said...Hidden Falls 1.2 miles.

Being me I told him I had come that far so I was going the rest of the way! So we did! Some wild hydrangea ar the base of the falls. There were also violets and asters.

We got back to camp with 6 miles of hiking but it was a good day for me. He might not think so!

We did a little fishing after we had some lunch but no luck. Extra is the Chauga River.

Tomorrow is a fishing day since we had a long hike today!
