Meeting with the Senator

This is Francis, Shannon and myself with Senator Jim Perry (R) of Lenoir County.

He is just one of several legislators that we saw today and were able to meet with to advocate for issues that are important not just to us in the MS community but to a lot of the aging community and the community with disabilities.

We thank all those who were willing to give us their ear today. As your constituents, we appreciate it.

Thanks Rep Deb Butler for squeezing in those 5 minutes so I could give you our talking point sheets but more importantly a hug today.

It’s been a very long but successful day.
