No 145: Caspian Gull

My luck was really in today. After an early doctor's appointment and a meet up with some of my photography class friends, I decided to have a quick drive down to the gull roost spot which let me down yesterday. Not only was there a Caspian Gull there, but Andy, my brilliant ID guy was there too to point me in the right direction. No need to resort to Plan B just yet!
When I got home earlier, Pete informed me that he'd seen a goldcrest in the garden - our first ever! Sorry to have missed it and hopefully it will be back, but as goldcrest was Birdblip 50, the target of my first challenge, I took it as a good omen!
