Back to Basics

Gentian acaulis, the Trumpet Gentian.  Long established in a sunny raised bed and flowering better than ever this year.   Has me dreaming of the Alps in early summer.

A sunshiny day so plenty of outdoor jobs today around a trip to mother-in-laws  to try and sort out her failed online shop.   Various things potted on at home, broad beans and spuds planted on the allotment.
