Tiny Tuesday: Mystery Item

A new host and a new challenge; dfb24 has suggested a mystery item for Tiny Tuesday this week.  I'm not sure this is much of a mystery particularly for those of us like me who are a bit long in the tooth, but just in case anyone is stumped I've added the full item as an extra.
