The Word Man

I spent today at the Greater Manchester Police Force HQ.

This huge window in the reception area has three components.

A lot of words. Some old maps (needs to be enlarged in large to see those). And all combining to create the image of a man - although he is huge, he is easily missed. I suspect he is Sir Robert Peel, creator of the modern police force (and a prime minister), who was born in Bury. The original Bobby. Some of those words are his.
