bad timing

Probably not the best time to choose to wash your under wing.It was pouring with rain when this wood pigeon lifted up it's wing for a clean when a gust of wind caught it like a sail and it almost went flying ;)
The rainy, sleety , cold weather continued for most of the day.Lots of snow in the Aviemore area with roads closed.
Theresa May had a meeting with Jeremy Corbyn this afternoon, is there an end in sight ? I doubt it ! Bills are either passing or not by just a few votes with one bill having equal votes meaning the Speaker had the casting vote.All very confusing.
