Yup.
One of my small flock of Schlumbergeras condescended to throw out a single, solitary, yet convenient, way out of season, flower for comparison.

When seen together they really are not all that similar. You can discard hue since both are available in a multitude of shades; I've even seen a pale custard yellow Schlumbergera, which, unfortunately, had no fallen leaves and I draw the line at vegetational GBH!
