They Survived!

My Osteospermum perennials had been in two large planters, but I put them in the newly renovated garden in October. I crossed my fingers that they'd survive, and they have. I think they're such good value in the garden, they flower right through to the Autumn and just need dead heading. The colour is one of the Wimbledon colours, so they also remind me that I've not got long to wait to the tennis season in Europe starts!!!

I went to an Arts Society lecture this afternoon on Stravinsky. The story of his work with Nijinsky on 'The Rite of Spring' was interesting, but as I can't read music or play any instruments it was too technical for me at times,
