Another day, another beautiful heron

Nature is being very kind to me at the moment. 

Had a doctor's appointment early this morning and then Norm very kindly treated me to a lovely breakfast and cappuccino.

Went for a fab walk with Lurkio in the afternoon. We only intended walking to Dowley Gap and back but ended up going through Hirst Wood (there were a few bluebells coming out), had a look around the nature reserve then carried on along the canal to Saltaire, up Shipley Glen and back to Bingley. Felt quite tired when I got home but in a good way... really enjoyed it.
