Male Orange Tip Butterfly

An early walk for me this morning.  As I’d seen at least eight male orange tips yesterday (all intent on being somewhere else), I’d wondered if I might spot one or two sleepy ones.  And yes I spotted two, this one on the left stayed asleep, even when I gardened around it.  Then I disturbed number two as I was returning along the path.  Fortunately it settled quickly and I was able to take it’s portrait.  I’m sure there used to be more `Milk Maids’ growing along here than this - what will the butterflies do if they all disappear.
