Bye Bye old floor.

Today the floor fitters arrived to prepare for the new flooring to be laid. I laid this floor in the downstairs loo many years ago and was very proud of it, in fact I've never tired of it so am a little sad to see it covered up. But, I'm very excited to have a flowing floor pattern through most of downstairs, I'm sure it will help the place look tidier!!!!?? The dogs are not happy with all the noise.
Tonight I'm heading out to a 'wire wool burning' shoot. I'm sure it would make a more interesting blip than my old bathroom floor but I'm happy to be able to record this little bit of history in our house.
